I really enjoyed my stay at the Serenata San De Hanoi Hotel. The location is super convenient, right in the heart of the Old Quarter, close to key attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making my experience much smoother. However, the noise from the main street at night could be a bit much, especially in the family room, but thankfully they helped me switch to a higher floor room, which was much quieter.

I had an very nice stay at the Serenata San De Hanoi Hotel. The staff, particularly Macie and Tony, went above and beyond to make my trip lovely. The only downside was the overwhelming traffic noise from scooters and motorcycles outside, which was a bit much at times.
